With dreams of being on television most of her childhood, River did not have an understanding of "you can be anything". Being born into a supportive family was not in the cards, It was pretty much non existent.  Like many others, She'd only dreamt of what it would be like to be on  set of a movie. Whether it was fighting the bad guys, playing the loving mother or even getting to be the villain.  
 
As a teenager, River often would go to the movie theater to escape reality. Pretending that she was in the movie, after all with the huge screen and loud sound, it sure felt like she was right there... doing so kept her hunger alive, even when it sometimes felt so out of reach.

Eventually River would go on to be hired to do some commercial and extra work. Back in 2019 she had the pleasure of working with a well known actor, after seeing what it looked like to be on an actual movie set.. the lights, the cameras, getting to witness a scene unfold, it was magic! From that day River was hooked.  Fast forward to the summer of 2022, something just clicked.. Being so tired of being in her own head, tired of procrastinating and waiting for the perfect time to start. If she had learned anything, it was that the time is will never be perfect and to just go for it full force.

The end off 2022 was approaching, so sticking to her set mind, River had landed her very first short film The Mechanic as lead.  This was just the beginning for her. Having the opportunity to start, to do anything related to acting and wasting time was no longer a growing barrier. There wasn't going to be a single person or reason that could stop her from going after this dream HER Dream. Today River is actively in acting classes and scouting out talent agents for representation, in hopes to work her way onto bigger films and television series.  Thank you so much for taking the time to learn a little about her journey.
